Place the ball on the ground, take three steps backwards and two to the left, now turning your left shoulder towards the goal so you are half turned. Focus on your target (top right hand corner) and relax. Go through a series of looking at the ball then the target, try to visualise the ball flying into the top corner.

Approach the ball at an angle, moving across the direction of the goal in a relaxed movement (not too fast so as to focus on the technique) your standing foot should be to the side of the ball, pointing towards the outside of the target

Strike the ball (on the bottom of the right side to get some height to get over the wall) with the inside of the big toe (at the base where the toe connects to the foot). As your foot comes across and around, the ball will roll along the inside of your foot on impact, which should give you the swerve to change the direction of the ball, mid-flight. Make sure to follow through with the kicking foot, for maximum power. To get more height, lean back more.
